Process for Returns
1. Contact us at contact@zestandzeal.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions
4. Ship the unused product back to us in secure packaging

Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged

Damaged Products
If you receive damaged products:
1. Take photos of the damage
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping
